Public URL Requirement

External performance testing services require a publicly reachable website URL in order to analyze loading behavior, caching, scripts, images, and response performance correctly. If the testing system cannot access the website normally, performance scans may fail or return incomplete results.

Understanding Performance Scores

PageSpeed and Lighthouse scores can vary between tests because multiple external systems affect website performance beyond just FastMe settings alone.

If Scores Do Not Refresh Immediately

If Lighthouse or performance scores do not refresh immediately after making optimization changes, this is usually normal behavior. Dashboard score systems often rely on queued requests, external testing services, caching layers, and scheduled background processing.
